All FHI Group of Hotels & Suites have not participated in the Government quarantine hotel programme. We will continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely, and we remain committed to enhanced levels of cleanliness — now and in the future.
To ensure your protection, we have taken all precautionary measures following guidelines set by local and national Public Health authorities to prevent, manage and mitigate the impact of COVID-19. Our high standards of health and hygiene are all firmly in place, and we remain alert to advice from health experts and government authorities, adapting our best practices accordingly.
As we welcome you back to our hotels, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment. One of our highest priorities for welcoming guests back to FHI properties is doing so safely, with your wellbeing in mind. As part of our ongoing efforts to create a trusted and nurturing environment for you, we have implemented enhanced safety and cleanliness measures across our hotels for hotel guests’ peace of mind.
As mandated by the Government, all staying and dine-in guests must be identified with “Low Risk” status on MySejahtera app and have completed vaccination to be allowed entry.
All our employees will be masked indoors, and we encourage travelers to connect with our Hotel team to receive the latest information on local mask usage policies as well as other government regulations before traveling, as these local requirements continue to evolve.
